He Family Food was built on a simple belief: if you grow the bean yourself, you can stand behind everything that happens to it next.

Our mission

Most edamame on the world market passes through traders who never see the field. We chose the harder path: our own farms in Suzhou, Anhui, where we control the seed variety, the harvest, and the roast.

That control lets us deliver a higher-protein bean with consistent color, crunch, and taste — and to prove it with documentation, not promises. Our goal is to be the partner brands trust when the quality of the bean is the quality of their product.
